WHAT IS BIRRIA?
Birria is a traditional Mexican dish, often served as a stew. It's made with chiles, spices and meat and served in a delicious braising liquid. We take the meat from our stew, and put it into tortillas with onions, cilantro and cheese. The tacos are then fried and served with a side of broth for dipping!
